Time Table Maker – Help Guide
This application helps schools create and manage **teacher-wise and class-wise timetables** quickly and accurately.
Getting Started
- Login using your username and password.
- Admins can create new users from the Add User page.
- Each user manages their own school data independently.
Setup Steps (Do this once)
- Add Classes and Sections.
- Add Subjects.
- Add Teacher Designations.
- Add Teachers (or import using CSV).
Creating the Timetable
- Open Create Timetable.
- Select a day from the dropdown.
- Choose subject and class for each teacher’s period.
- Click Save Timetable.
Viewing Timetables
- Teacherwise Timetable shows periods assigned to each teacher.
- Classwise Timetable shows subjects for each class per day.
- Use the Print button for clean printouts.
Automatic Calculations
- Periods Assigned for teachers is calculated automatically.
- This value cannot be edited manually.
Tip: Always save the timetable after making changes to ensure
teacher workloads and class schedules stay updated.
